Dosage & Storage

5% CBD Oil: Put a few drops of the oil directly under your tongue and hold for approximately 30 seconds. Can repeat 1-3 times per day. Start on a minimal dosage of 1 to 3 drops per day for the first 1-2 days. Slowly increase the amount you take only if it feels appropriate to do so.

This is a food supplement.

20% CBD Paste: Squeeze a small amount onto your finger, the equivalent in size to 1-3 grains of rice. Hold under your tongue for 10-30 seconds. After a few days can increase to taking this amount 2-3 times per day.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from children. Use within 3 months of opening.
