Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Amma Lifestyle Ltd trading as ‘Amma Life’. Amma Life offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Card payments can only be made from the UK or European countries. All other countries will have to contact us directly to agree an alternative payment method. Payment is first raised from the customer’s account when the product is shipped.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (18 years of age in the U.K.), or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any product, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
If a product you have purchased is not consumable and/or of a poor quality. We request that you contact us so that we can help you resolve this issue. We will replace a sub-standard product with a product that meets with current Food Standard Agency (FSA) standards.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Amma Life welcomes feedback about our services and products. Our aim is to offer a consistently high quality service to all of our customers and to continuously grow as a company. We appreciate from time to time things may not go as planned, and we will do what we can to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
If you would like to make a complaint about any of the following:

• a delivery or order relating to a product purchased via www.ammalife.co.uk
• customer service offered by Amma Life
• a member of Amma Life staff
• any other issue relating to Amma Life products and services
Please email support@ammalife.co.uk in the first instance and state the issue clearly and that you are making a formal complaint, so that the complaints procedures can be followed step by step. Our customer service team will aim to respond within 3 working days. Our customer service team are friendly, professional and will do their best to help you reach a satisfactory solution to the issue.
Our office is open 10:00-5:00 Monday – Friday.
Escalation of Complaint
If you are unhappy with the solution, you can take the complaint further by emailing info@ammalife.co.uk and ask to communicate with the Amma Life Manager about the issue. This must be done within 14 days of being offered a solution by our customer service team. Please state the issue, the offered solution and the reason you do not want to accept the offer.
You will get a response within 7 working days. Our aim is to always work together with our customers and provide a fair service.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

In no case shall Amma Life, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Amma Life and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

B) AMMA LIFE LOYALTY PROGRAM T’S & C’S
Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the same meanings as described in section A) Amma Life Website and eCommerce T’s & C’s, unless stated otherwise in any definitions and following meanings below:
“Star Drop Points” means any loyalty points issued by SUMO on behalf of Amma Life. These points do not have any monetary value in their own right. Only reward schemes offered by Amma Life will give these points any temporary value as interpreted and expressed by Amma Life. Any such value can be removed without prior notice.
Loyalty Program
- Amma Life, registered as Amma Lifestyle Ltd reserve the right to adjust or terminate its reward schemes at any time, without notice. Where a customer has already generated a discount voucher through the purchase of Amma Life CBD products to accumulate enough Star Drop points in the Amma Life reward system, Amma Life will do its best to honour its agreement for the discount to be made against the agreed Reward Offer; this must be made within 30 calendar days of any changes being made that may devalue the point system. Amma Life will require for you to submit a copy of the email that invites you to redeem its Star Drop points for a product discount at the previous reward level/s as proof within 7 days of you notifying Amma Life about a change in reward system levels. At times, when there are special offers, Star Drop points may not be generated or be redeemable against certain products, this may include special product offers (bundles and so forth), but is not limited to this example. Amma Life will try its best to send out notifications about such restrictions. It will notify its customers that have already registered to the Loyalty Program of any upcoming or recent changes.
- Amma Life can change its product offer at any time without prior notification.
- You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions pertaining to the sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
- By continuing to use this Loyalty account you represent and warrant that:
4.1 all information you submit is accurate and truthful
4.2 you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
4.3 your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
- It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
- Termination and Cancellation of Accounts
6.1 Either Amma Life or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and We will endeavour to provide an explanation for the termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons or prior notice.
6.2 If We terminate your Account, any current or pending reward (loyalty) points or/ and vouchers on your Account may be cancelled and in these circumstances not upheld.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel purchases, reward vouchers and Star Drop points without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
6.4 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monetary sums paid in relation to those purchases within 14 calendar days.
6.5 If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases within 14 calendar days. Any Star Drop loyalty point will not be returned and will belong to Amma Life.
6.6 Any Amma Life vouchers and Star Drop loyalty points issued by S-Loyalty on behalf of Amma Life will also be cancelled at the point that your Account is terminated, with no reward value remaining in relation to these points or in connection to the terminated account.

C) AMMA LIFE REFER-A-FRIEND T’S & C’S
Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement the following terms shall have the same meanings as described in section A) Amma Life Website and eCommerce T’s & C’s, unless stated otherwise in the definitions and following meanings below:
“Account” means collectively the personal information, and credentials used by Users to access Refer-a-Friend Content and / or any communications System on the Website;
“Star Drop Points” means any loyalty points issued by SUMO on behalf of Amma Life. These points do not have any monetary value in their own right. Only reward schemes offered by Amma Life will give these points any temporary value as interpreted and expressed by Amma Life. Any such value can be removed without prior notice.
“Successful Referral” means where a registered Refer-a-Friend customer tells a person who has never made a direct purchase of an Amma Life product from any of Amma Life’s sales channels that promote and sell Amma Life CBD products; and through this communication the person voluntarily makes a direct purchase on the www.ammalife.co.uk website of an Amma Life CBD Oil product or products, for the sole purpose of using the CBD oil for his or her personal use. Amma Life sales channels will include and not be limited by the following list: its direct website www.ammalife.co.uk, Amazon.co.uk, eBay, Etsy and Social Media sites that promote and advertise Amma Life products. The “successful” part of the referral takes place when a full purchase of any Amma Life CBD Oil product has been completed and money has been successfully transferred through one of Amma Life’s payment gateways by a first time Amma Life customer.
Refer-a-Friend Program
- Amma Life, registered as Amma Lifestyle Ltd reserve the right to adjust or terminate its reward schemes at any time, without notice. Where a customer has already generated a discount voucher through the successful recommendation and referral (this is where a new customer completes a purchase through the recommendation and referral made by you) of Amma Life CBD products to accumulate enough Star Drop points in the Amma Life Refer-a-Friend reward system, Amma Life will do its best to honour its agreement for the discount to be made against the agreed Reward Offer; this must take place within 30 calendar days of any changes being made that may devalue the point system. At times, when there are special offers, star drop points may not be generated or be redeemable against certain products, this may include special product offers (bundles and so forth), but is not limited to this example. Amma Life will try its best to send out notifications about such restrictions. It will notify its customers that have already registered to the Loyalty Program of any upcoming or recent changes.
- Amma Life can change its product offer to both:
2.1 the discount offered to the friend (new customer) and at any time without prior notification.
2.2 reward to the Refer-a-Friend customer for each successful referral made
- You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions pertaining to the sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
- By continuing to use this Refer-a-Friend account you represent and warrant that:
- all information you submit is accurate and truthful;
- you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
- Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
- It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
- If a newly referred customer makes a refund or cancellation of the product that created a discount for him/herself and a reward benefit to the referrer (Refer-a-Friend customer), then any reward shall also be cancelled and removed at this point.

10.1 Either Amma Life or you may terminate your Account. If We terminate your Account, you will be notified by email and We will endeavour to provide an explanation for the termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
10.2 If We terminate your Account, any current or pending reward points or/ and vouchers on your Account will be cancelled and in these circumstances not upheld.

10.5 If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases within 14 calendar days. Any Star Drop loyalty point will not be returned and will rightfully belong to Amma Life.
10.6 Any Amma Life vouchers and Star Drop loyalty points issued by S-Loyalty will also be cancelled at the point that your Account is terminated, with no reward value remaining in relation to these points or in connection to the terminated account.
