CBD Superfood Smoothie Recipe
- 130g frozen mango
- 130g frozen pineapple
- 130g kale
- 230ml plant-based milk
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ¼ teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
- Place all ingredients aside from the CBD oil into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Once the mixture is smooth, add in the CBD and blend for a further 10-15 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
